Some people are in an uproar here in Miami Beach because local porn company, Reality Kings, shot a porn scene at Monument Island.  The monument, honoring pioneer Henry Flagler, was recently restored using taxpayer money.  Reality Kings shot the porn scene for their legendary site, Captain Stabbin.  If you haven’t heard of Captain Stabbin, it’s a niche site that features hot sluts having anal sex on boats.  What could be better, right?  The scene was shot on the island and on their boat in broad daylight.

The scene, appropriately titled Island Adventure, features smoking hot redhead Brooklyn Lee getting ass fucked by the infamous JMac.  Apparently some people in this town think that is the worst thing that has ever happened on that island…please!  Anyway you look at it, this is fantastic free press for Reality Kings!

Both apps are pretty sweet and I got them for 99 cents apiece.  It’s interesting to see Apple finally open up and put some risque apps in the iPhone app store.  I can’t wait for some of these other apps to come out, Sasha Grey, Carmen Luvana, Ava Rose…that’s what I’m talking about!  It’s only a matter of time before we get some full on nudity in the app store and then hardcore porn.

From Examiner – Another day, another desperate C-list celeb attempts to block a sex tape she likely leaked herself (à la Kim Kardashian, Pam Anderson, Paris Hilton, etc.).

Ex-Playboy model Shauna Sand is seeking to block the release of an explicit sex tape she made with her lover (believed to be model Greg Knudson, pictured left), claiming she didn’t give permission for its release.

In a statement Monday, porn peddler Vivid Entertainment said it will unveil the tape Oct. 19. But Shauna, 38, who’s the ex-wife of Lorenzo Lamas, says she won’t allow the video to be disseminated.

“Yes I did make a sex tape with my boyfriend earlier this year,” Sand admitted. “In fact, I’ve made several sex tapes, but I certainly didn’t sign off on this and Vivid has no right to put it out. I am trying to get a hold of my attorney now.”

Vivid founder Steven Hirsch says the company is comfortable with its legal position. “We were approached by a third party, who brought us footage of Shauna having sex with her current boyfriend and we were immediately interested in acquiring it,” he said.

Vivid Entertainment is the same company that released Kim Kardashian’s raunchy sex tape with ex-boyfriend Ray J. While Kardashian, 28, initially claimed to have been embarrassed by the video, it ultimately made her famous and helped launch her entertainment career.

Meanwhile, it bears noting that the surgically-enhanced Shauna is in incredible shape. Despite being the mother of three young girls (and almost 40), Sand doesn’t have an ounce of fat on her. Indeed, paparazzi photos have captured the 5’2″ Shauna looking super-fit and toned in bikinis while visiting Miami.

TMZ reports that XXX honcho Dennis DeSantis—the head of DNA Pictures, responsible for such titles as Origami So Horny and Butt Sluts—is trying to collect more than $12,000 from LiLo, for borrowing cars from him and racking up bills that she’s yet to repay.

You may remember that Lohan got into a fender-bender in a Maserati on loan from DeSantis back in March. But that’s not the expense that he’s seeking to recoup from the Just My Luck star. The porn mogul claims that she’s rented several cars from his other business concern, Specialty Car Craft, and has failed to repay not only the rental fees, but expenses for things such as detailing and towing.

All told, DeSantis claims, Lohan owes him about $12,000.

Yikes; she’s going to have to sell a lot of those leggings to come up with that kind of cash!

SFGate – Sioux Falls, SD – National American University, which has campuses in several states, is suing a pornography site, claiming trademark violations and cyber piracy for its use of Naughty American University and the acronym NAU.

Dlorah Inc. filed the civil complaint in federal court in Rapid City, where the company is based, against La Touraine Inc., a corporation registered in Nevada with a San Diego business address.

The lawsuit seeks to prevent the use of the school’s trademark and also asks a jury to award financial damages.

Dlorah has operated under the National American University and NAU names since 1997 and offers associate, bachelor’s and master’s degree programs on 16 campuses in South Dakota, Colorado, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico and Texas. It also has distance learning courses over the Internet.

NAU has spent millions of dollars promoting its trademark names through advertising on various mediums, the lawsuit states.

But on Sept. 12, 2003, La Touraine registered a domain name and started offering pornographic and sexually explicit adult entertainment services under a Web site called Naughty American University.

On March 13, 2004, La Touraine began selling sexually explicit content with college and academic themes under a Web site named Fast Times at NAU. The company sought to trademark the name but abandoned the effort after Dlorah filed an opposition, according to the complaint and attached documents.

Both names are “nearly identical in sight, sound and commercial impression” to National American University and its acronym, the lawsuit states.

Besides making money off the names, La Touraine’s use of them likely creates confusion among students, potential students, alumni and parents, and causes people not to seek the school’s education services, it claims.

“These activities are likely to cause consumer confusion and harm Plaintiff’s goodwill established in its National American University and NAU trademarks,” it states.

A man contacted Thursday at La Touraine in San Diego said he did not want to comment. The company’s lawyers have not yet filed responses to the complaint in court.

Dlorah’s attorney did not immediately return a telephone call.

I’m no trademark attorney, but I’m pretty sure as a resonable person, I wouldn’t confuse a college reality porn website name with the name of an actual university.  Anyways, check out this funny old National American University commercial.
